Position: Qualified Cover Supervisor
Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Effectively manage classroom behavior and ensure a conducive atmosphere for learning.
  • Support students with their learning by providing assistance and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in lesson plans.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
