The role will see you manage a caseload of circa 100 - 120 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial.
Ideally you will have gained at minimum of 1 - 2 years' as a qualified conveyancer and have the ability to run your own unsupervised caseload. This is a new department and there is currently a mix of work in place, provided by local sources such as estate agents & lenders as well national referrers.
It is pivotal that you are able to multi-task and work to a high standard whilst doing so, as this department will be expanding rapidly over the coming months so you may be expected to train new staff, supervise and fee earn in the absence of the partner.
Salary is based on experience level however will fall between £38k - £45k with a lots of flexibility in place.
