Your new company
An amazing opportunity has become available to work with Wiltshire Council's Safeguarding and Support East Team. The team offers a unique opportunity of being able to provide you with a patch dependent on your location, and not needing to cover the entirety of their area. On top of this, you will only need to be in the office for duty days, which consists of two back-to-back days with three weeks off. As well as being fully flexible and appreciating your work-life balance, the Safeguarding and Support Team are one of the largest teams in the council and offer a huge support system.

Your new role
They are currently looking for Level 3 and Level 4 Qualified Social Workers to join them on a full or part-time, permanent contract. As well as your salary, you will receive a 15% market supplement. As a social worker in this team, you will be responsible for your cases from referral to potential foster placement and will averagely be responsible for 21 cases (10 households) at a time.

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Work England
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 2 years' post-qualifying experience.
