QSW Level 4 - MASH/Front Door

Your new companyWe are currently looking for a Level 4 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their MASH/Front Door Team. The primary responsibilities of this team are to prevent family breakdown, prevent children and families needing more intensive statutory services, and to deliver an effective family-based and relationship-based approach to enable children and families to achieve positive outcomes. As part of the team, you will be carrying out regular reviews of individual plans, recording outcomes, and formulating revised plans which are outcome focused. Alongside this, you will be convening meetings and writing reports for child protection conferences, planning meetings, looked after children reviews, legal meetings and court hearings and attending these as appropriate.

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary is £44,243 - £46,643 per annum, inclusive of a 10% market supplement. The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care England
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 5 years' experience
