Your new companyWe are currently looking for a Level 3 Qualified Social Worker to join Wiltshire Council in their Children In Care Team. As part of this team, you will be responsible for completing assessments, planning, delivering, and reviewing focused interventions in a timely manner in order to safeguard and protect vulnerable children and promote positive outcomes. You will be managing a case load of approved mainstream foster carers across Wiltshire to ensure safe and high quality foster placements are offered and provided to Wiltshire's looked after children.Your new roleThis is a permanent, full-time position that offers hybrid work with 50% of your working hours being in office. The salary is £41,070 - £43,105 per annum, inclusive of a 10% market supplement. The council do also offer a £7000 relocation package!

What you'll need to succeed
- Social Work Degree and registered with Social Care England.
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 3 years' experience
