Are you an experienced QSHE Engineer with exposure to ISO9001 / 45001 and an understanding of PSSR looking to work for a global organisation with first class training and career development?

The company is a dynamic and market-leading business that supplies equipment and technology to gas users throughout the UK, covering several areas of operations including equipment sales, manufacturing, reconditioning and service. They are renowned for their training and skills development, and you will have the opportunity to significantly develop your skillset and career.

The position covers responsibility for the quality, health and safety and technical support for two operational sites and a team of national service engineers.

As a person, you will be flexible and provide support in all aspects related to the QHSE function and technical support. You thrive in a busy environment with many varied tasks and are good at passing your knowledge on to others and at communicating with users at all levels of the organisation.

The requirements:

• A Professional Engineer with experience in either Quality Assurance or Health and Safety
• Experience in the gas or petrochemical industries
• Have a working knowledge of the PSSR and the Gas Safety Regulations
• Have a General Certificate in Health and Safety or will commit to obtaining this qualification within 12 months.
• Good working knowledge of IS09001 2015 and ISO 45001
• Have an understanding of Kaizen principles.
• Have excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing, and can communicate at all levels of an organisation.

The person:

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Health and Safety
• Experience with either the gas/petrochemical industry or knowledge of PSSR and Gas Safety regulations
