Your new company
Your new company is a well-established family owned business, specialising in Petrol Forecourt construction. They are looking for a candidate with a civil engineering background to join the commercial team as a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator.

Your new role

  • To work as a member of the team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget to a very high standard.
  • CVR reporting
  • Prepare cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and overhead expenses.
  • Sub contractor management of payments / accounts
  • Review of commercial gains / losses available to ensure commercial success of the project
  • Work closely with the site team, client and professional consultants to understand the progress of the project
  • Procurement and management of the supply chain


What you'll need to succeed

  • Professional Qualification
  • Prior experience delivering Groundworks / Civil Engineering projects
  • Strong procurement skills
  • Ability to compile a CVR
  • Excellent IT, analytical and communication skills#


What you'll get in return
