QC Engineer

RMS Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a QC Engineer to join a client’s team based in Middlesbrough!

This will be working Day Shift, Monday to Friday and are offering a salary of £45k - £50k per annum (depending on experience). This is a permanent position.

Main Roles & Responsibilities will include:

• To create, update and effectively communicate the requirements of the ITP.
• Systematically review and put together the quality document pack and ensure the correct traceability.
• To monitor project quality performance and KPI’s
• Raises and manages project Requests for Inspection (RFI)
• Raises and chairs project non-conformances.
• To conduct quality audits.
• Coordinating with Client site inspection team regarding quality matters including weekly Quality meetings.

As an Ideal Candidate, you should:

• Have excellent organisational skills.
• Have experience with Document Control.
• Experience in Fabrication Environment working in a similar role.
• Be well organised.
• Team Working
• Self-motivated
• HNC or above in related discipline is desirable.
• Lead Auditor 9001 is desirable.
