Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for an experienced Purchasing/Procurement Co-ordinator to join their team, this a permanent role, to qualify for this role you must have previous office Purchasing/Buying/Procurement experience, have excellent work ethics and pride yourself with attention to detail, be reliable and hardworking. SAP would be a distinct advantage. Very fast paced environment - spinning many plates.

  • Place and schedule purchase orders.
  • Maintaining Inventory levels to meet customer orders.
  • Negotiating costs.
  • Review new and existing suppliers to ensure quality, service and cost are within KPI’s agreed.
  • On-board new suppliers, assess and arrange meetings accordingly.
  • Maintain and improve supplier relationships.
  • Provide updates to the Purchasing Manager.
