Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to find multiple full time & permanent Purchasing Executives to join our highly valued client in Honiton, Devon.

Why should you be interested? Our client is offering:

  • on target earnings of £27,000 to £32,000 PA with a guaranteed commission floor, details available on request.
  • multiple lucrative bonus schemes including monthly personal, quarterly personal, yearly personal, & yearly team bonuses, details available on request.
  • 33 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays,
  • daily hours of 0830 to 1630hrs with a 1500hrs finish on Fridays! Our client is offering a 36-hour contract with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
  • hybrid or office-based work, it’s your call. Our client will set you up with everything you need to succeed and expect a minimum of 3 days per week in our client’s gorgeous offices.

Still interested? In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking for a candidate who:

  • has a student mentality, is motivated by smashing targets/maximising earnings and wants to learn. Our client isn’t necessarily looking for sales experience or industry experience but rather a candidate with a 'get up and go’ attitude who wants to learn. Don’t worry full training will be provided and you won’t be left to 'work it out’, our client’s highly experienced Team Managers will be with you every step of the way in teaching you their sales cycle, their industry and account management skills.
  • likes fast paced & multi-faceted work. Expect to:
    • target new suppliers with proactive prospecting using a variety of outreach platforms.
    • manage supplier service objections & close.
    • buy & ship large volumes of electronic component product/SKUs across the world.
    • provide import/export documentation to third parties.
    • assist with QC queries.
    • liaise with suppliers and buyers across multiple time zones.
    • process Request for Quotes from our client’s buyer network.
  • wants to be a great negotiator. Expect to negotiate the lowest possible purchase price alongside the highest possible sale price with suppliers & buyers respectively. You’ll love to hustle and flip!
  • ideally is interested in electronic products, computer parts etc.
  • is IT savvy. Expect to use our client’s CRM, Excel spreadsheets (cells & basic formulas) & the wider MS Office package daily.
  • is an articulate communicator with a good command of the English language. Speak a 2nd language? Although not an essential, our client will be very interested!
  • is a team player that enjoys working as part of small & close-knit team. Expect to work closely with another Account Manager & Team Leader in a table team of three.
