Description

  • Coordinating with suppliers and maintaining positive relationships
  • Assisting with the procurement of goods and materials
  • Ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
  • Collaborating with the wider supply chain team
  • Complying with all relevant industry regulations and standards

Profile

A successful Purchasing Assistant should have:
