A Purchasing Administrator role has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time and office-based administration role, you will be responsible for speaking to suppliers and handling any associated administration.

As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for -

  • Raising purchase orders for suppliers
  • Compiling PO's, invoices and dispatch notes
  • Check pricing is correct on quotes and invoices
  • Liaising with suppliers and various internal employees
  • General administration

Ideally, you will have previous experience of -

  • Raising purchase orders
  • Using Sage 50 or Sage 200 to manage orders
  • Prioritising your own workload
  • Working in a varied and busy environment
  • Excellent customer service with a strong telephone manner

On offer for this Purchasing Administrator role -

  • Ideally with a view to start May 2024
  • Salary of £24-26k p/a dependent on experience
  • Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility on start/end times)

You will be office-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
