Are you an experienced purchasing administrator looking for a senior role in Dundee? Join our team as a Senior Purchasing Administrator where you will lead a team of four administrators and play a crucial role in maintaining stock levels for successful customer service delivery for a UK wide business.

M-F, 8.30 - 5, opportunity to work hybrid once trained

£28k - £29k per annum, free parking on site


Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and cost-effective replenishment of stock levels
- Maintain stock levels to meet customer service level agreements and KPIs
- Handle a daily volume of 60 to 100 orders
- Manage escalations, issues, and complaints
- Place orders with suppliers, confirm delivery dates, chase and expedite where requried
- Build reports with suppliers, handle returns, and manage imports
- Coordinate stock checks and ensure adequate stock levels across all stores

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- IT literacy and experience with ERP systems
- Negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a purchasing role
