I am delighted to be supporting a well known, established business based in the Halifax area who due to a significant increase in workload require an additional Purchase Ledger Clerk to joing them on an inital temporary basis. 

The role is to start immediately so will suit those who are coming to the end of an existing contract or immediately available. 

Working Hybrid (Tues & Weds in the office), you will be responsible for the end to end Purchase Ledger process. Managing your own ledger, you will be tasked with processing high volume of invoices (50-100 per day), matching them to Purchase Orders, handling supplier invoice queries, stament reconcilaitions and preparing payment runs as well as general ledger maintenance and admin.  

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5.30pm. 

Hourly rate is negotiable and dependant on experience.
