Purchase Ledger Clerk - 12 Month FTC
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager at a very well-established Global FMCG company based in Kent. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role.
Duties Include:
- Inputting invoices onto the trading and financial system
- Coordinating Purchase Ledger accounts
- Checking, reconciling costs relating to invoices
- Charges against purchase orders
- Chasing copies of supplier invoices
- Weekly supplier payment runs, querying bank accounts details with suppliers
- Other responsibilities to be discussed in more detail
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- FMCG Experience (Desirable)
- An AAT Qualification (Desirable)
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
