Are you a passionate solicitor with a focus on child care law? Join a dynamic team as a Public Law Care Solicitor. Whether you're newly qualified or you have up to three years of experience, this role provides an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals.

The ideal candidate
  • Public Law Child Care Solicitor – 0-3 years experience
  • Children Panel Accredited Solicitor – desirable, but not essential
  • Be able to demonstrate high quality client care skills
  • The ability to be well organised and conscientious of Court deadlines is essential
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid and LAA applications desirable
  • Manage a caseload of, primarily parents and other family members in public children cases
  • Be able to undertake own advocacy where possible
  • Commercially astute and technically strong
  • Practical skills in communication, organisation and client relations
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a strong and supportive team
  • Relationship management
  • An understanding and willingness to embrace the firm's values
Benefits:
  • £55,000-70,000
  • Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm, Friday, 9am to 5pm
