*** 1-2-1 and small groups

The role of a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant is to support pupils with SEN (Special Educational Needs) within the classroom and within small group intervention sessions. Each pupil with have their own tailored EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan).

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be supported by the schools SENDCo who has been with the school for over 6 years and provides the support and materials necessary to fully enable these pupils to reach their full potential at this ‘Good’ Ofsted rated primary school in the heart of Birmingham.

The ideal Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will posses the drive to pursue a career within educational or clinical psychology as this placement will give you the incredible experience you require to pursue these opportunities.
