Who will you join?

What will you do? 

  • Act as the Professional Support Lawyer to the full corporate team 
  • This is a non-fee earning role
  • Provide support to the corporate & commercial services division
  • Ensure fee earners are informed of new laws and developments as they arise 
  • Undertaking legal research, create and update templates and precedents 
  • Research & provide technical training
  • Prepare seminars and sessions for both internal and external clients
  • Assist colleagues with preparing pitch documents & bids  

What will you need? 

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
  • Ideally you will already be practicing at Associate or Senior Associate level 
  • To have been a corporate lawyer  
  • The ability & desire to be creative and deliver training in an interactive & interesting way 
  • Previous PSL experience would be an advantage, but definitely not essential
