JOB TITLE: Senior Property Solicitor
Location: Wiltshire - Hybrid 2 days from home
Hours: Full Time 37 hours
Salary: 4+ PQE Circa Starting £50K+

A Top reputable Legal 500 Law Firm is looking for an experienced Property development lawyer to join their leading practice.

THE IDEAL APPLICANT:
* Qualified Solicitor, ideally 4+ PQE
* Experienced in Property Development Law
* Experienced as a team leader/mentor

DAY TO DAY
* Manage a varied caseload acting as the lead Solicitor. Providing Legal Advice and services related to site acquisitions and handle all aspects from initial instruction, agreeing transactions, to legal completion.
* Assist Plot Sales Conveyancers.
* Handle Sale & Purchase agreements, infrastructure agreements and more.
* Work with clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, negotiate contracts, and manage legal risks associated with property development projects.
