What does this Ecclesiastical / Church job entail?Your role will focus on serving the aforementioned religious clients on all manner of property-related matters, encompassing both residential and commercial property law. You will work alongside a team of nine experts, some of whom hold several important ecclesiastical appointments, to serve clients within the Church of England and the Roman Catholic Church.
For this Ecclesiastical Solicitor role, you will ideally:
- Have 1 to 4 years of post-qualification experience as a property lawyer
- Have an interest in legal research, as this role requires interpretation of historical law
