Exciting Opportunity for Residential Property Solicitor in Cheltenham!

We are currently seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded Law Firm based in Cheltenham. This presents an excellent chance for an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years PQE and a solid foundation in all Residential Property Matters.

This role offers a welcoming and professional team environment for the right individual to showcase their skills and contribute to a busy conveyancing department looking to provide a fantastic service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with a variety of different types of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Efficiently manage a caseload with minimum supervision, ensuring cost-effectiveness
  • Demonstrate ambition and a willingness to acquire new skills
  • Collaborate effectively as a strong team player
  • Exhibit excellent written communication and attention to detail
