Property Services Manager (Compliance & Heating)

Salary: £47,780 per annum

Location: Cornwall

Length of Contract: Permanent

Our Housing client is recruiting for Property Services Manager (Compliance & Heating),to play a crucial role in overseeing all health and safety property compliance aspects, including gas installations, electrical safety, fire safety, and more. You'll lead a dedicated team, ensuring top quartile performance in all service areas while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive compliance and quality standards, ensuring 'right first time' delivery across all service areas
  • Manage operational performance, budgeting, and resource allocation effectively
  • Lead and develop a team of supervisors, schedulers, apprentices, and trade staff
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and accreditation standards
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally
  • Contribute to strategic planning and property investment initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property services management, particularly in compliance and heating.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
