Rare opportunity to join a well-established and award-winning Estate Agents! They are currently looking for a driven and committed individual to join their highly successful team based in Quedgeley, Gloucester on a maternity cover contract (likely duration, 9 - 12 months).
This is a very varied role, where no two days are the same. The role will involve liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage companies, working in a fast-paced environment. Previous property experience is NOT required, if you are always striving to make sure the customer is satisfied, confident dealing with different types of people on the phone and problem solving, this role would be suitable for you.
Although this is initially a contract position, the company always has opportunities available within their team so it is likely a permanent position could become available.
Main duties will be:
- Liaising with purchasers, vendors, Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, surveyors and all other parties involved in the house buying process to achieve company targets
- Ensure that all management information and updates are reported to the relevant people within agreed timescales
- Operate within the appropriate laws, regulations and company policies
- Maintaining customer records whilst providing high quality customer service
Candidate Attributes:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience working in an office based role
- Must be able to work well under pressure and to meet timescales and targets
- Have excellent planning and organisational skills
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to communicate at all levels
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £24,000 per annum, depending on experience + free parking
