Experienced Property Office Manager or Senior level Executive Assistant who has worked within the Property industry within Lettings, Property Management or Inventories, based in North West London.

My client is looking for an Property Office Manager to facilitate, organise and manage a large pool of inventory contractors across the London area. This rapidly growing Inventory and Inspections company would like someone who can provide full support, via email, database, and on the phone, scheduling Inspections, key pick up's, cancellations, maintenance issues, problem solving, liaising with Estate Agents, managing the proofing team, collating the Inventory and Inspection process from the beginning to end.

Someone who is happy to work in a small team, an excellent organiser, confident, efficient and IT literate with a friendly professional attitude.
