If you have a knack for creating high-specification sales brochures and possess a deep understanding of the residential property market, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
  • Collaborate with print suppliers, photography, and video companies to produce high-quality sales brochures
  • Lead the creative process from inception to completion, ensuring top-notch output
  • Serve as a pivotal link between the residential property market and potential buyers
Preferred Requirements:
  • Detailed understanding of the residential property market
  • Confidence in interpreting property title documentation and planning history
  • Experience as a Conveyancer, Estate Agent, or Sales negotiator
  • Intuitive grasp of the sale complexities of residential and agricultural properties over £1 million
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with impeccable written English
