PROPERTY MANAGER/ TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER - HIGH WYCOMBE - UP TO £27K OTE DOE

An exciting opportunity to join an established lettings and property management team based in High Wycombe has arisen. The role is for a Property Manager, based in the High Wycombe Lettings office.

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6pm, plus one in four Saturdays 9-5pm

Some of the specifics will include but are not exclusive to:

  • Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors to resolve maintenance issues
  • Dealing with end of tenancy deposit returns
  • Arranging and carrying out property inspections on a regular basis and reporting back to the landlord
  • Attending managed properties where required to asses maintenance issues
  • Sending out check out reports to tenants and landlords when a tenancy has ended
  • Sending out utility letters/emails to utility companies and councils at the end of the tenancy’s and providing meter readings
  • Checking invoices received against works orders
  • Arrears chasing for the portfolio and updating all parties
  • End of tenancy preparing of notices

You must possess:

  • A good level of IT skills
  • A professional telephone manner
  • Problem solving nature
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
  • The ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure, due to the nature of the working environment and volume fluctuation
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own Vehicle
