Job Description
The candidate will be involved in managing 15-20 blocks ranging in size. Around 400 units.
Superb opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Block Management. Your role will be within a small team at the Sidcup offices managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.
Duties:
- Being able to produce and manage budgets and overall expenditure for residential blocks, assisting with forecasts and reports.
- Have an understand and experience with managing major works (section 20’s)
- Administrating insurance claims
- Arranging risk assessments and monitoring health and safety
- Be able to manage and organise sub-contractors with works orders and service contracts.
- Undertaking site inspections as per client contracts.
- Keying and management of all invoices for their portfolio.
- Produce legal management packs for properties up for sale.
- Understanding of Year end accounts.
- Undertake AGM’s /EGM’s/ directors meetings
The Ideal Candidate:
- Full UK Driving Licence, with their own car.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to priorities workloads.
- Excellent level of customer service skills
- Team player
- IRPM qualified or have a good understanding of Block legislation
- Excellent IT skills and ideally have some knowledge of block management software
