We are currently looking for a well-established Property Manager to join our client and their extremely successful team in Manchester!

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work full-time

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

  • Up to a basic of £24,000

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:

  • Able to communicate face to face, over the phone and via email

  • Able to make investigative inquiries when issues arise and maintain an objective view

As a Property Manager your role will involve:

  • Property Management experience including check out negotiation (minimum 1 year)
  • A can do attitude and exceptional organisation skills
  • An ability to remain calm and friendly when under pressure
  • Excellent negotiation communication and listening skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility in meeting demands of the business
