REED are excited to be working with a reputable Northeast estate agent that are hiring a residential property manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the highest level of service is provided to their clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for those already experienced in estate agency, but my client will also welcome interest from those wanting to make a career change!

We are welcoming applicants with strong customer service experience, front of house/ reception and hospitality and retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure properties are kept in excellent condition.
  • Conduct regular property inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • Access to own vehicle (preferred)
  • Proven experience in residential property management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of property regulations and legislation.
