Reed are delighted to be partnering with an Estate Agency in Oxford for the recruitment of a Property Manager to join the team. They are a leading property management company that manages a diverse portfolio of properties across Oxfordshire.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of properties whilst working with a team
- Track works and jobs and ensure both parties are updated
- Undertaking property visits
- Dealing with day-to-day maintenance and keep clients informed
- Dealing with checkouts
- Coordinating matters between landlords and tenants
The client is open to those that have had a career within property management roles, alongside those that have come form an administration or coordinator background and are looking for a new career path. The Property Manager will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual, who is able to deliver excellent customer service in a timely manner. They will have an adaptable nature and will have a full UK driving license.
- Salary: up to £35,000 per annum subject to experience.
- Hours: 09:00-17:00hrs Mon-Fri // 1-4 Saturdays from 10:00-13:00hrs
