PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Ashtead, KT21

Salary: £35k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Our client, a successful local independent letting agent, is looking for an experienced Property Manager for their busy Ashtead office. 

You must be enthusiastic and responsible with a comprehensive background in residential property management and you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements within the industry.

Previous experience is essential; you will have an exceptional knowledge of the lettings industry, current lettings legislation and preferably an ARLA qualification.

The role encompasses all aspects of the property management from the tenancy to the checkout and will also involve inspections, so a car is required.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:

• Previous residential property management experience essential
• Have a good understanding of lettings procedures and legislation
• ARLA qualification beneficial
• Demonstrate professional approach to customer service
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Show proven administration skill
• Have excellent time management skills
