PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Highgate, N6

Salary: £30k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

We are looking for an organised and methodical Property Manager to join a dynamic Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Highgate (N6) area.

The ideal candidate will be full of enthusiasm, hardworking andwith a keen desire to be successful. Property Management experience is essential as well a good understanding of lettings procedures and legislation.

You will be a real people’s person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants, contractors and colleagues; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.

Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:

• Previous experience in Property Management
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of Lettings procedures
• Full UK driving license
• Highly organised and possess high levels of administration ability
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

• Have some knowledge of the Highgate area
