Residential Property Manager
Docklands, London
  
My client has a widespread international presence and is one of the best property businesses across the globe.  They are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their team based in the Docklands area, there will be ongoing professional support and training and great opportunities for long term progression.
  
Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a portfolio of approx. 120 residential properties
  • Effective Communication: Always ensuring Landlords, Tenants, contractors are kept up to date with issues
  • Dealing with day to day repairs and maintenance issues
  • Negotiating deposit releases on behalf of tenants and landlords
  • Dealing with utilities on behalf of tenants & landlords
  • Arranging gas safeties and EICR’s
  • Organising inspections and check-out processes
  • Ensure all management systems are kept up to date and maintained
  • Achieving set KPI’s
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  Person Specification/Requirements
  •  Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
  • A proven track record within Property Management
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
  • Be adaptable and a good team player
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  Desirable  
  • ARLA level 3 qualification (desirable)
  • A working knowledge of Reapit
