On behalf of a franchised Estate Agents based in Burghfield, Berkshire, we are seeking a Property Manager. Also open to experience.

Duties to include:

  • Visit fully managed properties, meet the landlord, complete a Property Information Folder once a let is agreed.
  • Manage any pre-tenancy works with the Letting Manager and become familiar with any specific Landlord or Tenant requirements.
  • Carry out first inspection of each property within 6 weeks of move in
  • Carry out regular property inspections.
  • Produce & circulate an inspection report, obtain consents and carry out recommendations.
  • Ensure all legal requirements relating to property letting are complied with
  • Handle tenant requests.
  • Commission & manage repairs.
  • Manage end of tenancy process to deposit return.
  • Actively promote improvements to the Landlords return on investment.
  • Seek ways to carry out the above more effectively & efficiently.
  • Support the renewals team.
  • Booking check out and check in.
  • Process contractor invoices.
  • Work co-operatively within a busy office team.
  • To handle such other tasks as are delegated by the Head of Property Management.
