Due to an acquisition and increase in managed properties, and restructuring, we are looking to hire a Property Manager based in Urmston, Manchester, to further enhance their portfolio and supersede Landlords and tenants’ expectations.

Property Manager – Urmston
Salary: £28-32k Salary (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am-4:00pm (Day off in lieu)
  • You’ll need to be organised to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Dealing with enquiries from tenants reporting maintenance issues, logging on the system – Fix Flow
  • Managing internal maintenance team, making appointment for repair & maintenance issues prioritizing 
  • Procurement of external contractors, preparing & agreeing specifications with external contractors
  • Maintaining and monitoring of compliance (gas certs, electric certs, EPC certs, certs, etc).
  • Issuing of all relevant notices
