Property Manager

We've recently taken on a new position in Canada Water with our client who is currently looking for an experinced Property Manager to join their team.

Our client is a successful independent agency that has been operating in the London area for over 30 years believing in providing both an honest and friendly service.

They are offering the successful Property Manager:

• £25,000 - £35,000

Working Hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

Requirements for the role of Property Manager:

• Full driving licence
• Minimum of 2 years experience working in London
• Must have experience working with Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities included in the role of Property Manager

• Property inspections
• Raising job sheets for contractors
• Entering invoices
• Signing off jobs
• Dealing with customer queries
• Organising PAT tests , Gas Certs , EICRs
• HMO Monthly check
