A prestigious London based lettings agency are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a large property portfolio as part of a team

The role responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a large property portfolio as part of a team
  • Delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring company standards are always met
  • Ensuring compliance with current UK law, guidelines and internal policies
  • Arranging tenancy works such as safety certificates, professional cleaning, inventories and any necessary maintenance throughout the life cycle of a tenancy
  • Registering deposits with the relevant protection scheme
  • Checking new tenancy paperwork in preparation for move in
  • Following internal credit control procedures where required
  • Arranging and attending property inspections
  • Tending to reactive and/or planned maintenance requests
  • Managing the deposit release process at the end of the tenancy
  • Ensuring workflow kept updated daily

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience within in Property Management is essential for this position
  • Customer service and procedure focused.
  • Ability to problem solve and have good attention to detail.
  • Eager to learn Property Management Legislation
  • ARLA Qualified desirable - help obtaining this qualification will be given if necessary
