I am currently working with a client who is looking for a Property Manager on a 12 month FTC. You will be working on a large account as part of team. My client offer a forward thinking environment and are looking for like minded people the join the team.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients, their solicitors and tenants daily, dealing with tenant applications and identifying and pursuing Asset Management opportunities - lease re-gearing, refurbishment and redevelopment, lease surrenders, dilapidation's.
  • Managing and maintaining existing client's relationships at a senior level on a day-to-day basis identifying new business opportunities outside own discipline and passing on the relevant teams and working independently on most assignments.
  • Managing a team of people and leading them to deliver on high standards and in line with the companies policies.
  • Undertaking regular service charge expenditure monitoring and reporting and liaise with the property management accounts team on production of service charge budgets, reconciliations, quarterly variance reports and rent raising reports.

The successful candidate must be MRICS qualified and have experience as a Property Manager. My client is seeking a proven Property Manager who is passionate about what they do, has strong understanding of Landlord and Tenant Law, and has experience on both single let and multi-let properties.
