Salary: to £30k doe

Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-5pm Friday 1 hour lunch OFFICE BASED

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working exclusively with our client, who are a well established Property Management Company based in Bournemouth.

They are now looking for a special person to join their team. The role will see you supporting 3 very busy Property Managers.

The Property Management Administrator will answer calls, deal with 3rd party contractors both face to face and over the phone, provide general admin support and log keys in and out.

This is a small, close-knit team who all work together. The successful Administrator will be wiling to muck in, be a team player, be friendly and professional who has a can do attitude. This is a regulated industry and as such compliance is key. Full training will be given, but you must be able to follow processes and procedures.

You will:-

  • Have previous admin or PA experience
  • Be able to prioritise and juggle lots of tasks at once
  • Have good IT skills including MS Office inc Outlook, Word and basic Excel - you must be able to mail merge in Word
  • Have a superb telephone manner
  • Be customer focused
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work in a deadline driven business
  • Have a good eye for detail
  • Have a strong work ethic

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Property Management team.
  • Day to day enquiries by telephone and in person
  • Greeting tenants and contractors
  • Logging keys in and out
  • Raising work orders and tenant recharges on internal system
  • Daily post log, in and out
  • Preparing welcome packs for new tenants
  • Support with budget preparation
  • AGM preparation
  • General office administration, stationery etc
