What will you do? 

• Work directly with a supportive and established partner 
• Advise on a range of property disputes related to social landlord and housing management issues
• Defend disrepair claims and statutory nuisance claims 
• Day to day management of a small team of paralegals and junior lawyers within the team 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive   
• At least 2 years’ property litigation experience 
• Ideally social housing litigation experience, although this is certainly not essential 
• A willingness for continued learning and professional development
