Property Litigation Solicitor or CILEX – 4years + PQE

East Sussex / Kent border – up to £70,000 DOE - Hybrid / Remote working

ABOUT YOU:
You will have at least 4 years or more PQE in Property Litigation, with a particular focus on residential matters. Results driven and very comfortable working managing your own caseload. You will also have extensive experience of claims within Court and First Tier and Upper Tribunals, along with exceptional client handling skills.
 
THE ROLE:
You will be working with some of the most experienced, specialist litigation professionals in the South East, building strong client relationships and dealing with Court and Tribunal Claims, providing advice and technical expertise on matters arising from leases, transfers and statutory rules relating to property, estate and tenancy management.

Hours: 9am – 5pm
