Highly regarded, well respected; Top 200 Law Firm in Nottingham is seeking a Property Litigation Associate Solicitor on a full-time, hybrid working basis.

Based in stunning offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to utilise and showcase their skills in property litigation matters. This is a full-time role with excellent hybrid working opportunities, working environment and career progression paths.

Responsibilities

  • Handling a wide caseload of complex property litigation matters
  • Breach of covenant disputes
  • Possession proceedings
  • Boundary disputes


The Candidate


  • Qualified solicitors with at least 4 years’ PQE in a similar role
  • Technical proficiency in property litigation is essential
  • Demonstrates experience of meeting and exceeding targetsd
  • Works well as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and client care skills
