PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR, NQ+ PQE, NEWCASTLE, TO C£47,000 DOE, National law firm expanding its Newcastle office. Job Ref MD5282

• Legal 500 and Chambers recognised Property Litigation team looking to expand with an additional Solicitor
• You will be responsible for a caseload including housing disrepair, estate management, business lease renewals and possession actions. As well as your own files, you will work closely with senior colleagues on more complex matters as well as supervising junior members of the team.
• The successful candidate will have up to around 4 years’ PQE in Property Litigation matters in another leading national or regional law firm. Recently qualified Solicitors who can demonstrate relevant experience gained during your training contract are very welcome to apply.
• You will be able to demonstrate the ability to apply the law both practically and commercially and be ambitious, driven and determined to succeed within a highly successful team.
