Seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join a well-established law firm. The successful candidate should have expertise in property litigation and preferably commercial disputes.

Responsibilities include managing a caseload, conducting client meetings, legal research, drafting documents, and demonstrating business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5 years + PQE
  • Manage your own caseload and handle financial housekeeping.
  • Conduct meetings with clients, both in-person and remotely.
  • Assess legal issues, conduct legal research, and provide advice on costs and scope of work.
  • Draft documents and letters of advice.
  • Demonstrate strong business development skills and experience.
  • Stay up to date with law and practice.
  • Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
