• High quality work is on offer by way of a mixed caseload of property litigation matters to include contentious lease renewals and break clauses, dilapidations, disclaimer, forfeiture and surrender of leases, boundary disputes, evictions and party wall issues.

• The successful candidate will have experience of a wide range of dispute resolution methods including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and other forms of ADR.
