The companies aim is to deliver high quality developments in the community to meet local needs, that are designed with architectural flair, to enhance the local environment.

Property & Lettings Manager - Key Duties:

• Develop lettings practices for vetting applicants
• Carry out viewings as required
• Full ownership of the lettings & management function
• Day to day maintenance of the flats - reactive and planned
• AST renewals
• Change of tenants, check in/out and deposit returns
• Carry out inspections and act on the findings
• Training, delegating and managing the team administrator

Property & Lettings Manager - Person Profile:

• ARLA qualified
• Rounded experience in residential property management
• Ideally some experience or interest in the lettings side.
• Business Development minded
• Organised and independent
• Team player, collaborative and great communicator
• Driving licence is essential
• SW London knowledge is preferred

Property & Lettings Manager - Salary Guide:
£35,000 - £40,000

Commission on lettings deals

Core Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30 pm + viewings when requested
