£19,000 - £23,000 per annum

Monday to Friday 08:30am-05:00pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 2pm

We're seeking a diligent Proper Inspector to oversee routine inspections across our client's managed lettings properties. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough inventories before tenants move in and inspections upon their departure. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with exceptional attention to detail, punctuality, and organisational skills to join a dynamic, rapidly expanding estate agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine inspections for the letting's portfolio.
  • Communicate property conditions to landlords and coordinate maintenance work as needed.
  • Perform schedule of conditions before tenant occupancy.
  • Conduct check-out inspections after tenants vacate.
  • Deliver top-quality service to clients.
  • Ensure properties are in satisfactory condition for occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in an organised and punctual environment.
  • Possession of a valid UK driver's license.
  • Company car provided; if under 21, reimbursement for mileage at a rate of 30p per mile.
  • Positive and outgoing attitude.
  • Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently, especially during busy periods.
  • Client-focused with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
