Property Inspector

We are seeking a Property Inspector in the Dundee area to assist our client on an initial 6-month basis. This is a perfect role for those with previous customer-service experience looking to build on their existing career or get their foot in the door with a Property Management company.

The role will require someone with a high attention to detail to ensure all our properties always remain compliant. The candidate will also be liaising with contractors on a range of different trades and work types and building positive client relationships with all our clients, colleagues and externals alike, always ensuring a high level of customer services is always adhered to.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, inventories, and move-out reports.
• Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure all properties remain compliant.
• Collaborate with contractors across various trades and work types.
• Cultivate positive client relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Uphold a high level of customer service.
• Contribute to and exceed departmental KPIs related to volume, deadlines, profit, margin, and portfolio growth in repairs.
• Perform property inspections across our rental property portfolio.
• Identify urgent repairs and recommend proactive property improvements.
• Source contractors within the city.
• Ensure void properties comply with insurance requirements.
• Assist in preparing and scheduling inventory and move-out inspections.
• Conduct spot checks and provide support to our Property Manager.
