Property Inspector

Starting Salary: £25,000 pro rata

Job Type: Contract (6 months starting from mid-April)

Location: Nottingham

Access to Own Car - Essential

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Property Inspector to join our client for a 6-month surge period over the busy summer months.

This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of the property portfolio across Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, inventories, and move-out reports, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with contractors and clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

Conduct thorough property inspections across a diverse portfolio of rental properties.

Identify urgent repairs and recommend proactive property improvements.

Source and liaise with contractors within various cities.

Ensure all void properties are checked in line with insurance requirements.

Assist with preparing and scheduling inventory and move-out inspections.

Perform spot checks and provide support to our Property Manager.

Maintain positive client relationships and ensure a high level of customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving department KPIs.

Candidates must have their own car for travel.

Benefits:

£250 per month car/expenses allowance.
