Property Inspection Clerks various locations including Chelmsford/Brentwood/Billericay ( full and part time opportunities 3, 4 or 5 full days a week)I have worked for this company and I can endorse that they are a secure, fair, fun employer.

The role of a Property Inspections Clerk involves suitable candidates conducting a variety of duties which include the following.

Just prior to a tenancy commencing compiling a detailed condition report more commonly known as an Inventory, conducting periodic inspections of a portfolio of properties to check that the tenants are maintaining them to an acceptable standard whilst in occupation, preparing a brief report and dispatching to the respective landlords, re-inspecting the properties just prior to tenants moving out and reporting on any damage incurred by them which is deemed beyond normal wear and tear.

Negotiating between landlord and tenants what amount of the initial deposit paid by tenants upon commencement of their tenancy should be returned to them at the end when they vacate allowing for any associated deductions linked to repairs considered their responsibility to rectify.

Suitable candidates will retain a strong eye for detail, are organised and methodical in their approach, retain strong communication skills both in written format and orally. Must also be comfortable interacting face-to-face with our customers.

Previous experience in lettings preferred company training will be provided. Full-time basic salary including car allowance and bonuses. Salary would be adjusted on a pro rata basis for part-time working.
